To withdraw from an event, including an invitational, notice must be given to an SAJGA Officer or JGAA Tournament Staff prior to the participant's starting time. Withdrawing from an event will not affect future tournament play, although, failure to withdraw will be considered a No-Show (see separate "No-Show Policy").
If a player withdraws from a tournament before the Refund Date, the player will receive a refund minus a $5 processing fee. |
